Last Tuesday, June 18th, we held a new edition of THE OPEN<\/strong> in Boadilla del Monte, the padel and networking event promoted by TQ Alternative Investments in collaboration with Corporaci\u00f3n Financiera Azuaga<\/strong>. A vibrant day that brought together entrepreneurs, investors, and industry professionals to enjoy sport as a space for meeting, connecting, and sharing experiences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The organization, once again led by our partners at GOAT Sports Management<\/strong>, was up to the task of delivering a format that has already established itself as a benchmark within our strategic event agenda.<\/p>\n

An afternoon to compete, share, and connect<\/h3>\n

The day began with the reception of participants and the random draw of pairs to encourage interaction among diverse profiles. Throughout the tournament, several short matches were played in a rotating format.<\/p>\n

The two pairs with the highest scores advanced to the finals, where they had the privilege of competing alongside our ambassadors:<\/p>\n

  • Alejandra Salazar,<\/strong> world number 1 and a living legend of women’s padel.<\/li>\n
  • Claudia Fern\u00e1ndez,<\/strong> top 3 in the professional rankings, with a promising and rapidly growing career.<\/li>\n
  • Iago Fuertes,<\/strong> U18 World Champion and one of the most promising players in Spanish padel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition to the competitive component, THE OPEN Madrid<\/strong> offered a relaxed space for quality networking. During the subsequent cocktail reception, valuable conversations and new connections were generated between attendees from the business, financial, and real estate sectors in a relaxed and professional environment.<\/p>\n
